Services
The Service enables you to make purchases in USA, UK, UAE, INDIA, CHINA, AND TURKEY using a personalized physical address in the respective country. On delivery of the purchased item to your respective Location, ShipZbox will process the Shipment and arrange for delivery of the item to the address stated in the registration form (“Delivery Address”). Shipments cannot be delivered to Post Office or box address.
Accounts
Receipt and Delivery
The Service includes the receipt of your packages at shipZbox Location and transporting such packages to your Delivery Address. You are solely responsible for providing to and confirming with the sender the correct shipZbox Location, including your personal shipping address provided by shipZbox and you understand that any incorrect information may result in non-delivery or delayed delivery of items, or incurring additional fees. Any Shipment that is unable to be delivered to you (for reasons including, without limitations, your failure to pay, take delivery, give proper instructions, including failure to clearly address the package, your failure to confirm your Shipment is acceptable for entry into the country, failure to use correct shipZbox Location, failure to update your Delivery Address, or you are unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts to do so) will be deemed an Uncollected Good or Unclaimed Good and shipZbox reserves the right to deal with that Shipment in any lawful manner it considers appropriate.
Service Restriction
ShipZbox reserves the right to abandon carriage of any Shipment at any time after acceptance when such Shipment could possibly cause damage or delay to other Shipments, equipment or personnel, or when any such carriage is prohibited by law or is in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Fees
You agree to pay all applicable Shipping Fees and other charges including custom duties, clearance fees, if applicable, and Import VAT for any Shipment that has been ordered on your Account when requested to do so by shipZbox and regardless of the person who placed the order. The aforesaid shall apply to all shipZbox accounts including individuals’ and entities’ accounts. In case of refusing to pay the applicable shipping/customs fees when we deliver your package to your address, shipZbox reserves the right to deal with that Shipment in any lawful manner it considers appropriate.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package. We charge you 50 EGP per 100 grams, including international shipping fees, customs duties AND packaging weight + 30 EGP per successful package delivery

Clearance
Some categories such as (cosmetics, makeup, mobile phones, tablets, supplements, Bluetooth devices and wireless) may face delay during customs clearance which may exceed the regular clearance period.
We will not carry
You understand and agree that we will not carry, and you must not try to ship any prohibited items.
Purpose of the Account
Indemnification and Warranty
ShipZbox will be responsible for your Shipment only while it is within our custody or control, subject to the limitations of liability set out herein. ShipZbox will be responsible for the loss/damage caused during the shipping process, and you will be indemnified according to our insurance policy.
Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference. The Site places cookies onto your computer or device. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are giving consent to shipZbox to place cookies on your computer or device. Please read the information contained in the Privacy Policy prior to acceptance. /n If you wish to opt-out of our placing cookies onto your computer or device, please adjust your Internet browser’s settings to restrict cookies as detailed in your Internet browser’s help menu. Changes to the Service and these Terms and Conditions
ShipZbox keeps the right to change, amend, cancel or make exceptions to the terms and conditions listed here. Please check this terms and conditions page from time to time. As long as a user has a membership and/or he/she continues to use shipZbox services means that the user accepts and is subject to these terms and conditions. /n To the maximum extent permitted by law, shipZbox accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Site or any information contained therein. Users should be aware that they use the Site and its Content at their own risk. /n Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts shipZbox’s liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of the incorrect provision of Services or out of reliance on incorrect information included on the Site.
Limitation of Liability

Previous Terms and Conditions
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
Third Party Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and shipZbox.
Communications
ShipZbox may from time to time send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click the “Unsubscribe” link in any email that you receive from us.
Termination
Important information related to Customs Procedures:
- Only 3 mobile phones are allowed per person per year and each phone must be in a sperate shipment.
- Only 1 food supplement pack containing 90 capsules is allowed per person or what is equivalent to 3 months consumption or one 2 kg. pack and it will be subject to pharmaceutical approval to guarantee that it meets the medical specifications.
- When a shipment contains pharmaceutical products such as food supplements or cosmetics, even if different items, that exceed 2 kg, it will be presented for inspection by the unified logistics service, because the shipment has exceeded the limit for personal use, and it may not be released completely, and this is subject to the governmental authorities’ decision.
- Any food supplement, powder in form, regardless of its weight, will be subject to approval from the food safety authority through the unified logistics service.
- The customs authorities can anytime subject any product for inspection through the unified logistics service.
- The ID or Passport must be valid during shipping and till the shipment arrives.
- The account name must be identical to the ID/Passport name.
- We perform all the customs clearance and delivery service on your behalf. In case you request to perform the customs clearance process yourself, we will no longer be responsible, and it will become your personal responsibility.
- In case you decide to discard part of your shipment, it will be confiscated by the customs authorities, and it cannot be reclaimed after that.
- Some products need to present to "General Security", which requires the customer to personally attend to finish the procedures, upon the request of the authority.
- Precious products such as "gold, silver and precious stones" require the presence of the customer to complete the procedures himself, according to the instructions of the Egyptian customs.
*The unified logistics service is a customs service subject to the Egyptian Customs Authority, which fulfills all regulatory requirements related to the release of goods.
